Chapter 24: Suppressing Emotions

She woke up with lots of rose petals splattered on the bed and all over the floor. With still sleepy eyes, she tried to blink twice and roam her eyes all over the bedroom. What caught her attention the most is the basket of white tulips she saw in the bedside table with a small note attached on it. Still being sore, she moved a bit and tried to reach the basket of flowers careful not to make a rapid movement. She could feel that her body still sore for what happened last nigh. Picking up the note to read, she was not aware a sudden smile formed her lips thinking about Alec.  

Last night was the best night I ever had. I hope it somehow erase the bad memory I brought you the other night. I admit I've never been gentle before and I was so cruel. I am a monster and what I did was unforgivable. I grew up hard and harsh to you because when it comes to you, it was just so hard to control my feelings. I am not proud for what I did to you and I deserve
