Amelia's POV
I cooked in the kitchen last weekend when Ethan walked up to me.
"How are you?" He asked and I replied, "I am fine," I had imagined him hungry, but no, he had come to have a conversation.
"You came to get water?" I asked him, moving towards the refrigerator but I was also wrong. He obliged.
"Where is Pamela?" He asked, settling on a chair. I had sent her on a quick errand to help me get shampoo from the mall. The last one I bought was exhausted.
"I sent her out," I told him and he nodded. "I have given information to my men regarding Luke."
"This is good news!"
His words were a bomb in my head and I looked at him for one moment, expecting him to laugh and tell me it was a joke.
