I opened my eyes slowly and hesitantly, I was tired but still felt the need to wake up. My brain must have known I had slept for way too long. I reached out to my waist but his hands weren't there. Had he gone out?

“ I guess, you did miss me after all,” I heard his voice from the end of the bed. I sat up to see Kasper standing by the end of the bed. Had he been watching me like this?
