The Most Beautiful Moment

After a long day at work, hours after Ashton and Ivy had met for lunch.

Ivy receives a phone call from Ashton. "Hello?"

"Hello darling, I'm downstairs. We can leave when you're ready."

Ivy smiles. She's tired, too tired to drive. "I'll be right down. I'm exhausted and would appreciate the drive."

Few minutes later, Ivy meets Ashton downstairs and gets into the car. She smiles tenderly. "Thank you for picking me up. Without you, I would have just taken a taxi to the hospital."

"That's why I'm your husband. Let's go."

They drive down to Axis Hospital and go in, taking the elevator to Veronica's room where she's walking around, laughing aloud, along with Damien who's teaching her to do some sort of dance.

"Is this supposed to be so hard? I can't just get it."

They stop for a moment to acknowledge the couples presence. "Welcome."
