He wanted to call her.
He actually called her but before it could go through he hung up immediately and kept his phone on the table.
Catherine's words replayed over and over again and every single time he heard her voice in his head,he felt more miserable.
‘Georgie please book me a flight to Monaco,I want to leave tonight'.He said into the intercom and Georgie nodded from outside the office.
She wondered what he was going to do in Monaco for a while even though it wasn't her business and then realised something.
He used the word 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 for the first time and even if it wasn't intentional she felt like she achieved something.
