Grace is mine.

It was almost dark when Noah's 14-billion-dollar Aston Martin finally entered the hospital area of Great Eden Hospital Center, and Noah parked his car in the parking lot reserved for the doctors there.

"Can I come in? I want to see Aunt Gina for a minute," Noah asked as Grace busily unbuckled her seatbelt.

"You want to come in to see my mom, but she's still in surgery, right? And what if my mom gets sick again after seeing you?"

"I can't keep you company in there anyway. I'm going straight to work after confirming the payment of the hospital bill, and even now I'm already running late," Grace said with an honest answer.

"Alright then. I'll visit Aunt Gina later when she's better."

"For God's sake, I don't want to hide our marriage from Aunt Gina for long," he said as he stroked Grace's cheek.

"Already, hurry up and get inside," Noah replied, a little disappointed because he wanted to continue being with Grace even though it was a hospital, not a place to date.

"Hmm, I'll go in first. Thank you very much. Be careful on the road," Grace replied calmly, rushing to open the door. However, the door remained locked until she turned back to Noah and said, "You told me to get out of the car, but the door is still locked."

"Aren't you forgetting something?" Noah made a nonchalant expression as if giving Grace the code to do something.

"Forgot what? I just said thank you, right? Then you wanted-" Grace gasped into silence as she realized that Noah was currently flirting with her.

Noah turned his head as Grace's words trailed off: "Did you remember what you forgot?"

Grace nodded. "Thanks, honey... Be careful on the road. That's it, right?"

"Tsk. Not that one,"

"So what kind?" Grace asked, confused. But more than anyone else, she knew that right now Noah was asking her for a kiss.

"Ah, too long!" Noah grumbled briefly and immediately unbuckled his seat belt to approach Grace and erode the distance between their faces.

Noah pressed his lips against Grace's for a few moments.

"They're still as sweet as ever," he says in a heavy voice before going back to savoring the pair of soft, peach-scented lips that now belong to Grace.

But this moment of fun must be interrupted and ended when both of them gasp at the sound of a car horn behind their car, which seems to be waiting to park.

"Damn. Who's interrupting people's fun?" He grumbled in annoyance and repositioned his seat properly before turning to Grace. "Hurry up and get off, or I can't hold my desire here," he continued, smiling lovingly.

Grace, who was still shocked by the attack of those seductive lips, could only nod, looking down at her shy red face.

Grace just waved her hand without answering anything because her lips were still stiff from Noah's behavior.

Noah reluctantly let go of Grace and got out of there, driving his luxury car away from the Great Eden Hospital Center hospital area.

Grace remained standing there, looking at Noah's departure while lost in her inner musings.

"Oh, it was that expensive car that brought you?"

The annoying man who had previously chased Grace away and told her not to see him again was now in front of her. Of course, it was Jonathan, Grace's asshole ex-boyfriend.

Jonathan is an ophthalmologist who has been in a relationship with Grace for the past year.

But their relationship ended yesterday because Grace didn't grant Jonathan's wish to have sex with her.

Yes, for a year of dating, instead of having sex, Grace didn't even want to kiss Jonathan. He accepted Grace's excuse of protecting her chastity because she wanted to keep it until they got married.

But when Grace asked for help with her mother's urgent hospital bills, Jonathan seized the opportunity.

To be honest, their relationship is based on mutual benefit. Grace gets to share a rental house, while Jonathan is proud to have a beautiful and smart nurse like Grace.

That's why Grace refused Jonathan's offer of sex. After all, her heart remains locked on a man from the past. Yes, he is Noah.

They parted ways, and Jonathan kicked Grace out of the house they shared without a penny of the sale house money.

That was one of the reasons why Grace accepted the last resort of borrowing money from Noah, whom she knew was back in their country.

This evening, Jonathan returned to the hospital because he wanted to stay in the doctor's room. He had searched and found a new rented house, but it was still too messy to live in, let alone rest in. So he decided to return to the hospital.

But he didn't expect that in the parking lot where he usually parked his car, there was a luxury car that was many times more expensive than his own, occupying the parking position of his car. And to add insult to injury, the person who unloaded the super-expensive car was the woman he had just kicked out of his life.

'How dare he show me her asshole face? Just ruins my mood!' Grace grumbled to herself, but this time she chose not to argue with Jonathan. She had to take care of her mother's needs immediately.

"None of your business!" Grace replied simply and walked away. She chose to ignore the jerk who had a bad part in her life.

Jonathan, who did not accept being ignored, immediately pulled Grace's hand roughly to face him and said, "Oh, so you've become arrogant, huh? You feel like you've risen in stature because you just got out of that super expensive car, right?"

Grace widened her eyes and said, "Watch your mouth. You have no right to say that to me!" Grace growled as she threw Jonathan's hand away roughly.

"So what should I call you, a peanut who forgot the skin? Or a rat forgetting itself?" Jonathan's words were getting out too much, and Grace couldn't take it anymore.

Grace raised her hand, intending to slap Jonathan, but her hand didn't reach him as Jonathan quickly blocked it.

"I won't let you slap me a second time. How dare a not sanctimonious woman like you insult me just because you have a rich man behind you?"

"Let go of Grace's hand right now!"

Grace gasped at the sight of the man behind them. "Noah?"

Noah just smiled in response to Grace and walked closer. He released Jonathan's grip on Grace and handed her a thick, transparent plastic pouch with her cell phone and wallet inside.

"You left your wallet in the car. And why haven't you gone inside yet?"

Noah asked Grace softly, but when he turned to Doctor Jonathan, the look in his eyes turned sharp. "Who is he, dear?"

Grace was still confused by the situation. "He is."

"Oh, this is your new man? No wonder you refused to sleep with me."

"Shut your mouth and get out of here!" Grace interrupted Jonathan's sneer in front of Noah.

"Grace, let me do the talking," Noah said softly to his wife, then glanced sharply at Jonathan. "Grace has always belonged to me, Noah Blair. I didn't expect a dirty rat to come near her when I wasn't here."
