CH 74: Cold and Hungry

Megan’s POV

“What caused so many people to not make it to the island safely? Sharks? What’s the name of the island?” I asked curiously.

Was it that difficult to get there? Zac never jokes around. He does everything to the max. That meant the twins’ whereabouts would be hard to find. Zac was amazing. But it also meant that it would be difficult for me to reach the island.

“Of course not. Those are just rumors. Many ships have been wrecked because of the reef and most of the reef is in the water, so it’s hard for the sailors to tell where the reef is and avoid it. There are sharks on this island, but few. The name of the island is Palaca,” he replied as he went back to talking to someone.

“Then how did you know where the reef was? And what ship are you using now?” I asked curiously.

“Hahaha, that’s what informants are for. I hired a fisherman as a guide. I took a big boat. If you want to come here, there’s one of my big boat at Sterne Pier. It’s almost there. Talk to you later, bye.”
