56. Close your eyes

Charlotte’s POV

I hit him in the face and tried to run away, but my sprained ankle can’t even walk properly, and he followed me with a grin. "See? You can't even walk straight."

“Go away, Logan!” I screamed at him.

“Why are you so aggressive to me? I don’t like it.” He said, winking at me.

"You will always be my enemy, I can't change that! I should have paid attention to what my dad said and stayed away from you! You only caused me trouble!" I am saying this while lying on my back against the tree. He leaned in close to me and put his hand on my cheek.

“You are the only one chasing me, Charlotte! I’m done with you already, but you are still chasing like you still want my attention. You got my attention now, and now what?”

I looked at him with clenched teeth and the need to push him away, but I restrained myself. I wish I could stay this close to him till he lowered his head and his lips brushed mine. I was about to say something, but he said, "Close your eyes...."
