Chapter 64

Alvin and Nora were in a small restaurant near North Hollywood. They were seated across each other and were chewing silently at the food on the table.

They arrived here about twenty minutes ago. The restaurant was mostly visited by the middle class people who just wanted a peaceful and quiet place to eat and rest. It had no more than ten table setups with air conditioning and beautiful rainbow decorations.

The table setups were not all filled since it was still afternoon. There were six free tables since the remaining four were being used by the current customers.

Alvin had insisted that they came here after Mr Lyam drove him and Nora to his house to take her stuff and he practically forced her to let him drive her home. They had been on the road leading to Nora's house when suddenly Alvin took a sharp bend and ended up driving them to the Rainbow restaurant.
