Chapter 71 Shouldn’t I Be Good to You?

When she realized that she had done a stupid thing, Natalie retracted her hand awkwardly. However, John grabbed her hand. “What’s wrong?”

‘Nothing. You just don’t seem to be acting normal, so I wanted to see if you’ve burnt your brain.’

However, she did not have the guts to say that. After hesitating, she said softly, “I’ll misunderstand if you do that.”

“Misunderstand what?”

“Misunderstand that you’re good to me.”

He thought he was being clear with his actions. However, it was obvious that this woman’s brain was different from other women’s. Since she was unsure, then he would just be more direct with her. “You’re my wife. Shouldn’t I be good to you?”

“Me too.”

“Don’t you hate me?”
