"Daddy, what happened to you?” Caprice asked frightfully while slowly tearing up.

Caprice pursed her lips and tried to crawl onto the bed. She had trouble climbing up due to her height. All she could manage was to awkwardly prop one of her feet onto the bed, but she did not have the strength to pull her weight onto the bed.

Sherry chuckled and stepped forward to help her onto the bed.
