Nikki's POV

I woke up to the sound of a knock on my door. It was Sunday, and I was planning to spend the day relaxing at home. I wasn't expecting anyone, so I was curious to see who it was.

As I opened the door, I saw Marcus standing there with a big smile on his face. He was holding several bags filled with stuff

"Hey, Nikki," he said, stepping inside. "I thought I should come over and pay you a visit. Since you're not working today, I brought some things for you and for us to enjoy."

I was surprised but also grateful for his kind gesture. "Thank you, Marcus," I said, smiling back at him. "That's very thoughtful of you." I accepted his gift and led the way into my apartment.
