I ran as fast as I could to meet up with Dean and the elder men accompanying him. It had been forever since Dean and I had a talk not less than three to four words and I didn't like that. I knew he was busy but still, I wanted him to squeeze out some time for me besides, he would be the perfect distraction from the whole mate saga with Darren and Tom.
" You can't be here child." One of the elder men said and I looked at Dean with so much desperation in my eyes. The type that I knew he wouldn't be able to resist and he groaned before he stopped at a rocky path before us.
" Herald, please give me a moment with Sharlynn." He said and they nodded before one of them - the one who said I couldn't be there said to him, " you only have ten minutes," and then they all left.
