I couldn't believe what I was heading towards. I agreed that those triplets were the worst and they deserved nothing but the worst punishments but at the same time I wasn't too sure if I wanted to take the matter to the king. I could handle them because I just needed to stand up for myself.

" You don't have to do that mom, I can't take care of myself," I said.

" I can't keep letting you go through this and if it's because they threatened you or something that you're feeling too weak to say it out then you don't have to worry about that because I would be by your side and makes sure nothing happens to you," she said

I liked that she was watching out for me because she was my mother but at the same time I didn't want to take things so far. I was sure that I could deal with them myself.
