***Alpha Turstin's POV**

“Victoria, why are you here?”

“Oh come on, Turstin, why are you always treating me like a stranger?”

“Because that's what you are to me. A stranger and I don't even want to think about the past.”

“The past has to do with my brother, not me. You can't possibly treat me this way because of the past. I didn't do anything wrong, it was between you and my father.”

“Right. It is between me and your father, and that's more than enough reason to stay away from you. You think I want anything that reminds me of Alpha Dominic?”

“Do you hate me that much, Turstin?” She asked with teary eyes.

I darted my gaze away from her. She knows just how much I hate to see a woman cry, and yet, she keeps doing it. Why can't she understand that I hate it when she tries to use that as leverage against me?

Alan, who was sitting fat from where we, were, slowly stood up from his seat, after giving me an amused smile. I shook my head as he walked away, leaving just Victoria and me.”
