“I like it when I don't share you.” Marcus placed a kiss on her head as he drew the zipper of his leather pants. He had just finished assaulting his own mate and he had no remorse about it.

Aria laid on the ground, somewhat lifeless, every bit of remorse she.felt.for Marcus had gone down the drain and it had now been replaced with hate.

The fact that he even kissed her.made her want to puke but after being beaten for days for.multiple escape missions gone wrong, she was too weak to resist. She only cried. And when she was done crying, she.slipped into a familiar darkness.

Opening her eyes again, the room now had a bulb, which was a very good improvement even though it flickered. Now she could see a bit of her surroundings even better and she realized she was put into some kind of storage room.

It had items. The frame of a bed, a settee , pictures, multiple pictures but each one of them had been scorched by flames. Where the hell was she?
