Chapter Sixteen

"There's no way, you must have made some kind of mistake" I inform him but he immediately shakes his head, I know Martha has a mate but there is no way that I would.

"I definitely have not made a mistake, you know the sparks you feel whenever we touch, that is the first and strongest indication that we're mates" he tells me which does make sense in my mind, I've said multiple times that I've never felt anything I'm feeling with Cody with anybody before "the night we first met, I looked into your eyes, me and my wolf both knew from that point on that you were mine" he tells me reaching up and cupping my cheek, my mind was still trying to process all of this information.

"I know it's a lot to take in and it's gonna take some time," he tells me as my mind starts to replay what happened that night we met, with that terrifying wolf.
