ALEXIS' POV

When I get to the cafe, I am surprised to discover that even Paisley is getting dressed and prepared for the 'big party.' And so were the other girls I had come across as I walked to work today. It is as if I am the only girl in the whole of Redwood who is totally clueless about the current event. Again, I remind myself that if only Aurora did not choose to be a mean bitch, I would have heard the full details of the event already. A part of me wonders if she is attending the supposed party too.

Curse you, Aurora. Curse you for ditching me.
