“Why would father even request for your presence?” Jace wondered out loud.

Jax hissed as he pulled a shirt over his head. “I don’t know and I don’t want to.” He grumbled.

Jack chuckled for a few seconds before he stopped when he noticed Jax glaring at him.

“Your face was just funny.” He said, trying to hold back his laughter. “ Plus, what you said transpired between you and Ariel. That girl is crazy.” Jack said as he held in his laughter.

Jax muttered some profanities under his breath along the lines of; “I will kill that girl one day.”

“Do you think Ariel went to bad mouth you again in front of Father?” Jace questioned as he stared between both of them. “ Maybe that’s the reason Father wants to see you.” He proposed.

Jax looked away in anger. If truly Ariel had done something like that, he certainly wasn’t going to forgive her this time.

“You should just go before Father gets pissed at you for arriving late.” Jace commented and Jack agreed with a nod.
