From Alessia's POV

Listening to their conversation, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the realization that every person in this room was willing to put their lives on the line for me. The only other individual who had ever shown me such unwavering compassion was Jackie. And Goddess, how I missed her. It suddenly dawned on me that I hadn't seen her since the night I ran away from the Crestview Pack. Questions arose in my mind: was she OK? Did she get out of that ratchet place?
