Nightwalkers - Part ll

I am confident I looked like a little toddler who was just handed a stash of her favourite candy when I ran around the stalls in pure bliss. While Anxo joined me with equal enthusiasm the other two…they looked like they were our bodyguards who just followed us around. They got cotton candy when I and Anxo got some. They joined us on the ferry's wheel. While I and Anxo hung to the windows staring out at the night sky and staring down at the bustling fairground screaming and pointing at things like kids, well they sat around staring at us with what seemed like a pang of jealousy in their eyes. Did I care? No! Did I want them to get more jealous? Absolutely! Without any doubt.

“Hey! Look!” I exclaimed slapping Anxo’s arms as I pointed at a daisy flower plush. The petals of the flower were light pastel blue and pink while the centre featured a cute face. And I wanted it! “Look how adorable that is!” I squealed and Anxo joined me.
