One hundred and nine.

Irina’s POV

Somehow, I just seem to know where to go. Logan clings to me as much as I cling to him, that overpowering feeling of love that I had heard new mothers talk about, well, I understood it now.

His room was right next to Damien’s, the walls painted in a soft blue, all the furniture in his room white, it would have been exactly how I would have decorated it too, the funny thing was, Damien and I never got a chance to talk about that and yet somehow, he just knew that this is what I would want for our child.

Logan wriggles in my arms, trying to get down and as I lower him, he runs over to his toddler bed, jumping up and down on the mattress in excitement and chattering to himself. It is only when a button on his top comes undone that a see a blue crescent on his chest. It looked like a mate mark, but how was that possible, how could he already have a mark and on his chest?

“Mommy look at me.” He breaks my thoughts and climbs
