Wonder

AURORA’S POV.

Just like he had said, I had gotten back to my room to pack my things like panties, some bras, clothes and the things I knew I might need. However, I could barely sleep all night as I stared at the ceiling and turned in bed countless times. I was so uncomfortable, but I had no idea if it was due to the baby or just normal.

I had made sure to dispose of the test strip well so he wouldn't find it anytime.

I woke up the next morning to the sound of the chirping birds. I couldn't remember when I had dozed off last night, but my body felt sore. I was weak and tired. I was also a bit cold.

However, I didn't let this stop me as I dragged myself sluggishly out of bed and headed straight for the restroom. I could clearly remember him telling me of the flight being in the morning, something about 9 am.

The time was just 7, but I wanted to be on the safer side. My eyes felt sleepy, and I doubted I had spent more than three hours in bed last night.
