His eyes caught a glimpse of someone that was tied to a tree. Whosoever that has tied that figure really wanted her dead because of the way that her mouth was tied and she was blindfolded as well. Lord Ray saw a bowl of blood that was left some inches away from her and he knew why it was there; to attract predators.

Nothing else mattered to him at that moment as he hastily untied her mouth and blindfolds before he went further to cut the steel rope that was used to tie her body against the tree using his razor-sharp claws. The steel rope had cut deep into her flesh as blood dripped out from some parts of her visible skin.

She dropped like a lifeless body into his hands and he just couldn't bear it. Her body was gradually turning pale from the coldness that lingered in the atmosphere. In his eyes, she was the Ella that he was searching for and he was going to make sure that she doesn't die.
