“We are driving to a business meeting at a tea house and you won’t tell me who we are meeting and what about?” Arsen repeated letting Damien know he didn’t trust this situation and was annoyed with his friend.

His Alpha or not, they grew up together and Damien wasn’t an Alpha heir so they never cared for ranks, so he owed him some damn transparency instead of dragging him wherever he felt like. Another ten more minutes of driving and Damien parked on a narrow street with one of the oldest tea-houses on neutral territory. It was owned by a she-wolf with attitude of a viper but ability of discreetness. Once they walked into the little softly lit space with wooden tables and chairs everywhere, the owner herself greeted them and lead to one of the private rooms. The wooden frame with white paper instead of glass door was slid open to reveal a small female sitting by the table with a steaming teapot and a plate of crepes in front of her.

“Ellen?!” Arsen growled at her onc
