Troy closed the bedroom door behind him and locked it. I stood by the bed, tearing at my freshly done nails, staring at him while all sorts of scenarios ran through my head. Most of them were dirty, and not exactly unwanted, but I was still nervous.

My lack of experience stood out in stark clarity, and I had no idea how I was supposed to please a man like him. I wasn’t even sure I could pleasure a normal man, let alone a feral man-wolf creature like Troy.

“What’s going through your mind?” he asked and walked straight past me to the wingback chair by the window.
