The smell of antiseptics, cold metal bed rails, soft pillows, crisp sheets, squeaky clean white ceiling, bland walls, and an IV attached to my arm. 

Definitely a hospital. 

I groaned as I awakened with a monster headache. I closed my eyes, fighting off nausea. I was trying to remember through the pain, how did I end up in a hospital? 

"Anna" Sebastian's voice fell on my ears.

"S--- Seb..."

"Hey, just relax..." He caressed my cheeks and I leaned into his soothing touch. 

"What happened?" I asked him. 

"You passed out at the party," he said, I could clearly see how worried he was. 

"Oh..." That was all I managed to say. I glanced at him and he was already looking at me with a deep frown. "It's not a big deal," I told him nonchalantly. 

"Anna—" He pursed his lips and squeezed his eyes shut. "Hannah, the doctors told me that you suffer from PTSD and depression..." He said with conc

this has been a wonderful novel. The author writes compelling stories with well-paced plots and well-developed characters. this is the third book of hers that I have read, and I look forward to reading others.
