Amanda pov

My dad called Mason hours after my hateful mother Miranda left our territory. He growled so loud while on the phone and looked at me in worry. I sighed because my mom has always hated me but what she did is taking it too far. I got Mason to put it on speaker phone and I dropped major bombs about my mother my days protecting her are done. I also told them about my childhood and what she did to me behind closed doors. Also she cheated on my dad every chance she got. After hanging up Mason told me everything would be okay while I cried. I never did anything to April or her sister and both wanted me dead. Well April isn't around anymore so that is one less threat but her sister is taking over the craziness.

Tears fall as I lay down and sigh sadly. Mason crawls in behind me and kisses my neck. He turns me in his arms and rubs my back in a soothing manner. When it all spilled out I felt better.
