Bella’s Pov

I pressed my lips together as the butler took my suitcase out of Lucas’s black car silently. I wanted to carry my own things in but Lucas was clear that he paid someone to do it. All I could do was watch.

“Make sure you put that in our room.” I rushed out. The butler bowed his head and quickly carried it up the grey steps.

I looked up at the two story house and sighed. I loved that our house was smaller and it was more modern. Lucas said that there was only 6 bedrooms and that made me ecstatic.

I looked at the white bricks and black trimming and tried to see myself waking up inside every day. I had no time to prepare for this move and it had me feeling overwhelmed.

This felt too sudden. I would’ve thought that they would slowly transition me but I didn’t even get a warning. I had woken up this morning in disappointment because Lucas was no where to be found. He had told me that he would be next to me when I woke up but he had lied.
