Chapter 30

Naila's POV, 

Without thinking twice I pushed his cabin door open and as I saw him standing near his table I ran to him and hugged him with all my might. 

"For the reports.... Whoa, Naila?" 

That's better..... that's much, much better. Being in his arms....in my safe haven, it's the best feeling. It makes me forget everything. 

He hesitantly wrapped an arm around me. 

"Uh.... Jaan. I'm having a meeting with the manager right now." He whispered. 

Manager? What manager?

Then it clicked me. Daddy was here?!

I got back hastily but a few strands of my hair got stuck in his button.

"Ouch!" Perfect timing! I thought embarrassed. 

I looked at daddy with the corner of my eyes. He was gaping at us wide eyed sitting on the couch. I shut my eyes embarrassed.
