Chapter twenty-six

I opened the door to my room and a startled grip escaped my mouth, Fiona Reed was lying on my bed,

"Hello, you startled me," I said as I waited on her, usually she would jump at me with questions, but I peeled at her and realized she was deep sleeping her soul to rest. My brow lifted again. I was so intrigued by the way her eyes squealed and opened slightly like that of a fish while sleeping.

I didn't want to disturb her, so I let her rest. I whisked to my wardrobe and pulled the handle unlocked. The wood creaked and It made a sudden loud noise.

My face turned scarlet as she opened her eyes to see me packing some of my stuff. I wanted to evaporate and vanish, but I didn't have the privilege to do so.

"What are you doing by this time of the night?" She said looking at me as she open her mouth wide into a yawn. My hands were already clenched tight to some of my valuables.

My voice cracked like a whale but I must pretend I wasn't doing anything controversial,

"I was looking for my hair
