The Omega siblings are attacked

As Simon and Samantha entered their house, the clock struck midnight, filling the quiet room with its sonorous tolls. Simon looked at Samantha and grinned, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "My legs are back to full functionality. Maybe you should try harder next time when you're trying to damage them," he teased, nudging her playfully.

But Samantha was in no mood for jokes. “Shut up Simon, go get some sleep.” She said coldly and headed up the stairs.

“Why don’t you make me? Huh?” he teased further.

The smile slowly faded from his face as he stood there and watched her climb up the stairs. He could tell that she was feeling sad or kinda depressed and he wondered why. He just thought it wasn’t what he was thinking because that would be insane, but of course not impossible.

Her gloomy days had gotten worse since Emma’s arrival in the town, but that matter had been resolved between her and Lucas, so it had to be something else, something he feared would sound insane to the ears.
