Chapter One Hundred and Forty Seven

Craig stared at his phone while he was eating. It's been two days since he saw Elena last and she hasn't picked up his call or even bothered to come to school.

He was starting to get worried about her. Elena might be stubborn and love doing whatever she wants to do but she barely ever missed school.

He found it suspicious also that Matthew was not coming to classes ever since the day that he was asked out by Sarah.

He knew that there was probably no connection between Matthew's missing classes and Elena's missing classes but what Sarah said to him the other day was still stuck in his head somehow.

He kept trying to stop himself from thinking about it but Elena ignoring his calls was not helping matters.

He needed to speak to her to confirm by himself what Sarah was saying but at this point, he can only be sure of one thing, Sarah was right about Elena hiding something from him.
