One Hundred and Sixteen

Elena I felt something wet going across her cheek and when she raised her fingers up to investigate she realised that it was her tears as she was doing this she kept walking without looking back at Sarah's party once.

She ran as if she was being chased by bounty hunters that have been sent to get her.

Her heart had kept pounding like a drum to the point that she placed her fingers on her chest and crumpled the fabric there, scared that her heart was going to explode out of the emotions that had been running inside of it.

" Gosh just how stupid can you be?" Elena scolded herself.

Somehow she had managed to annoy every single person that night but the person that hurt her the most was Matthew.

Matthew had been nothing more than a sincere friend to her from the moment she met him and all she ever tried to do was pushing him away because she was scared.

But scared of what? She thought as she waved her down a taxi to take her home on her way home she leaned against the wind
