Elizabeth’s life has always been an economic roller coaster. She wishes her family could afford a vacation to Dubai sometimes just like her friend’s family, but it was not the case.
Her family had deceived many people. Well, probably some knew about their money difficulties, and thankfully not talk about it.
But Elizabeth knew that they are considered fake rich despite having a big house and luxurious cars. Sometimes she wonders what’s the point of keeping appearance.
It was not so bad to accept the truth that they don’t have the same status rich status in society compared to other families that are supposed to be friends with Elizabeth’s family.
