74 -Sly's first words
Monica's eyes glowed with excitement, her heart leapt with joy, as she stared in shock, Sly's eyes travelling irritatingly around the Intensive care unit. She hurried out of the door to call Doctor Kim. This is what she had been waiting for but it rather seemed like a dream to her. Either way, she didn't want to wake up if it indeed was a dream.
Doctor Kim walked in with three other doctors. Monica excused them for what seemed like an hour. During that time, Monica made a call to James. It would be better to have people Sly was comfortable with around but she also didn't forget to call Sly's father. Mr Herbert Norman was excited about the news and promised to return as soon as possible. James arrived in less than twenty minutes after he heard the news. "Where is he?" He was panting from the hasty way he got to the hospital.
