"Sonya? Richard?" said Victoria as she looked to her right and left.

"How are you, Vic?" asked Sonya with a smile.

"Bad..." said Victoria softly. She took another sip from her glass, and her face looked miserable.

"Did you get fired too, Vic?" asked Richard.

Victoria sighed, and she shook her head weakly. "They didn't fire me, they took away my position and all my perks, and now I'm just a regular employee worse than an OB, all because of that damn woman!"

Victoria cursed and scolded Nina. She poured another drink into her glass and took a quick sip.

"Still glad you didn't get fired, Vic. That means there's still work," Sonya interrupted, sipping the whisky in her glass. "So why don't you ever come here?"
