BACK TO SCHOOL

Ruby's Pov;

The car drove speedily to the school and as it got closer, the smile on my face only increased.

I wanted to tell the driver to take his time and slow down.

Yeah, I was late but there was no need to rush. It's not like anyone's going to punish me.

Woah!! I giggled as we got close to the school gate.

How I've missed being here?.

To be honest, I don't really know the reason I was smiling so much.

I guess it's because of what transpired earlier on.

FEW HOURS BACK.

I stood gloomily in the mirror, checking out my dress.

I had woken up with a slight migraine and felt sluggish.

The feeling of excitement I thought I should be having about going to school wasn't there.

I didn't know it would be as bad as this - the marriage I mean. Guess I have to prepare for the worst things to come.
