Mark groaned for the up-tenth time as his cellphone rang for the fifth time. He has been ignoring it and wishing she'd stop calling but knowing how stubborn his mother could be, she did not stop and would not stop until he answers.

As the phone began to ring again, he put his file away and picked up his phone, answering the call and his mother's voice popped up and the first thing she did was to begin scolding him. She always does that and it isn't new to him anymore.

"I can see that my son has grown some wings uh, to ignore my calls..."

Mark rolled his eyes.. " Good morning Mom. I didn't ignore your calls, I had a lot of files on my desk to settle" He tried to make an excuse.

" Busy enough not to create time for your family uh? Seems like your grandfather raised you to forget you have your Mom and your Dad. You do not even come home to visit, Are we dead to you already?" She scolded and Mark rubs his forehead.
