"Just now, Mrs. Neal got hit with a baseball bat in the head." Yoel made up a story, but he sounded serious. Then, slowing down the car, he added, "I can't tell if she's bleeding."

Upon hearing this, Joshua instinctively looked out the window and was shocked to find the scene across the empty lot.

Six baseball bats were simultaneously aiming at Cynthia. Each person appeared fierce as if they wanted to beat her to death.

Before his brain could fully process the situation, he blurted out, "Stop the car!"

"Yes, Mr. Neal." Yoel immediately pulled over to the side of the road.

Joshua opened the car door and rushed across the road. Luckily, there were not many cars passing by at the location. Otherwise, it could have been dangerous.

Yoel stayed behind. As a competent personal assistant, he learned not to hold Joshua back. After all, he was not good at fighting, so it was better for him to wait here for Joshua and Cynthia to return.
