"What are you complaining about today?" asked North, suddenly appearing before Marra. The girl quickly put away the phone and smiled.

"Nothing big."

"Really?" North seemed to doubt it. He looked at Marra's apron pocket–where her cell phone was kept. "I've noticed lately that you've been complaining a lot and talking to yourself on your cell phone when you're not on a call or video call with someone."

This place was open, and everyone knew each other's activities, so Marra wouldn't be surprised if North inferred such a situation.
