Pari's pov(continuation.)
I look between the two of them, the tension more thicker than icing.
If only it was real and I can actually take a bite.
I love cake icing.
The only thing disturbing the silence is Kelvin, who is busy chewing on his food noisily, taking a glance at Xavier now and then.
He seems too shocked to get over the fact that Xavier is really here.
Damn kid didn't believe his sis caught a big catch this time.
I take a sip from my soup, daring to take another glimpse at the two.
I really don't know what dad said to Xavier when I went to the kitchen, cause he looks very nervous.

That breath taking smile not once leaving her perfect lips.The model brat staring at her brought a scowl to my face, he seems to have his eyes on her since he first arrived.I should probably drag her to the middle of the world and yell out that she's my girlfriend. Pari's pov (continuation.)I suck in a deep breath, blinking back the tears, my heart so heavy in a way I can't understand how I even feel.With one rough jerk, I look away, the air around me getting thicker with me each step I take.
