Danciana's Point Of View

I gazed at Danciana, a mixture of emotions swirling within me as I tried to maintain a composed expression. With a faint smile, I finally found my voice and asked, "Danciana, could you please explain to me why you kidnapped me?"

Danciana's eyes met mine, a hint of remorse in her gaze. She took a deep breath before responding, "Aurelia, I wasn't the first person to kidnap you. It was your stepmom, Genevieve. She sedated you and took you away."

My eyes widened in shock, the revelation hitting me like a tidal wave. "Genevieve?" I repeated, disbelief lacing my words. "But why would she do that?"
