William's words had hurt Nifrem so much that the god couldn't hide it. I was surprised that even though the god had tried to defend himself, William hadn't picked up on it. I had left him all the necessary signs. I did not like an Action comedy film, yet I agreed that it was my favourite and decided to watch it.

I was angry and frustrated at William, the only thing he did right was to block me from interviewing the hunters and attending Susan's wedding. It meant no one would crash their wedding. Susan and Patrick might believe that I hadn't forgiven them yet, but it was better they thought that way than me attending their wedding and spreading rot and decay. One thing I noticed was that Grey had not come out to play since. Did Grey know? Could he sense it? I kept the realisation to myself.

With everything that had happened, it was clear that although Nifrem had access to some of my memories, he did not know what I was thinking unless I acted it out or said it out loud.
