Chapter 45: Old library

***Leo's POV***

Fear of the unknown and guilt consumed me. It invaded my mind, eating away my mind and soul like a parasitic worm. Making matters worse, I haven’t felt my wolf Ryker for two days.

Ever since I came back from the moon, I have felt alone, weak, and empty without my wolf. I felt like a jerk as I watched my mate run into the woods. My inner and subconscious mind growled at me for shutting her out for two days.
