Chapter 33

Rose was still waiting for Antonio to bring her full outfit when he walked in with a bag full of burgers, fried chicken, potatoes, and soda. The man carried a small tray that was placed on a small brown table, then handed it to the girl.

"I've ordered Nathan to buy a full set of clothes. You can use them later. Now eat first." Antonio gave the food to Rose who was still sitting on the bed. "No need to get down, sit comfortably."

Antonio placed his food and drink on the nightstand. He leaned on the edge of the bed and took a big bite of his burger. The man then picked up the remote, the flat-screen TV panel came down from above, and the man pressed the on button. The few soap operas that had been playing on the TV didn't catch his attention at all. The man ate quietly. It was as if he turned on the TV just to get rid of the stress.
