Thankfully she had taken driving lessons during the summer for the past two years and had managed to secure a valid driver's license.

At first, the alcohol in his system didn't react much so he was able to get into the car himself.

But as the car continued moving, the alcohol in his system began reacting.

That was his first tasting alcohol and he would have avoided taking it if he knew that the drink contained more alcohol than it was meant to.

He was drunk beyond remedy.

When they got to the house, Mira packed the car before calling up on the gardener to help her carry Joseph into the house.
