We were standing outside the building where Kane was living. Ivanna was looking at the building while fidgeting with her fingers. I took her hand in mine.

“This is the last battle we have to fight, then everything will be fine,” I whispered in her ear and pulled her into a hug. We stayed like that until I felt she calmed down. She told me many times that my presence calms her, and today it worked. She broke the hug and looked at me.

“Let's go” She mumbled and turned her head towards Alex who nodded his head. We took out our guns and went near the building where guards were protecting the house. Their eyes widened, seeing Ivanna alive.
