About five years ago, I was about fifty years old back then, and I was looking for a new secretary. More than that, I was looking for a new assistant for me. But you know already that I like playing with women.

So I ran a lot of ads that I am hiring. I was looking for a talented, good-looking female human being. I needed someone that was able to assist me, to be able to take some tasks off my shoulders, and someone that was able to stand her ground. And female because I am a male human being. And sometimes, it is better to get a female perspective, too, when making a decision.

Due to the importance of the position, I was offered a top salary. I wanted the best of the best to apply. And a lot of applications flew in. Most of them were college graduates without job experience. Or the person on it just wasn't qualified enough to be able to do the job.
