I still marvel at the beauty of the world, in every corner my feet step, even though I haven't been to many places. And without a doubt, Italy also has its own way of captivating anyone who sets foot on its lands. We were amidst the vineyards of Segreti Vineyards, the couple that was welcoming us and their little girl were very hospitable, and for a few minutes, I even forgot I was on the run.

Lemi remained by my side the whole time; I think he was the kindest person I've ever met in my life, always saying something silly to make me smile. Geovane and Mia told their story while we made our way to where we would be staying. They insisted a lot that we stay at their house, and we felt embarrassed not to accept. They assured us that it was a place only for family, and we could take refuge there as long as we wanted. They didn't ask too many questions.

The house was a mix of rustic and modern, with stone walls and glass windows and doors that showcased a beautiful sunset.
